Application Process TAIWAN

As I was browsing last June 2014, I saw the job ad in workabroad.com.ph. Production planner in Taiwan, so I decided to submit my resume. After 2 weeks, the agency emailed me that they will submit the resume to the employer so I replied yes...you can submit it...
After nun, wait wait pa...until dumating ang August, nagtext ang agency that I have interview and I was in panic dahil hindi ako sanay umabsent...so I applied Sick Leave (bumenta naman sa pinoy manager ko) haha!!! so pagdating ko dun sa agency, fill up ng form, exam (written and excel)...and interview. Skype ung interview and malabo...at mejo nahirapan ako kase hindi ako sanay sa shipment so sagot na lang ako ng sagot na ewan ko kung nasagot ko ng tama hahaha!!! more on production kase experience ko so aun!!!pray pray na lang na matanggap. That happened on Friday.

Dumating ang Monday, (at that time, I was on "Family Week" as so called by the company, but in reality it was Forced Leave with Pay for staff, engineers and above employee. I had time to process my papers). Thru text, I was informed that I was selected as KYEC White collar Engineer. Sabi nila I have to show them 2 documents. TOR & Diploma and Certificate of employment with TECO authentication. So Anu un???  I had no idea and I FOUND OUT na matrabaho...I have a lot of absences and excuses! Imagine that!

TOR AND DIPLOMA TECO AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENT
This document needed red ribbon first from our DFA before iprocess ng Taiwan embassy (TECO) for their authentication. It is a authenticated document of TOR and Diploma. I advise that you keep a photocopy of TOR and Diploma. Submit it to your college or university for their verification. The school will submit it in CHED for authentication. Then, it will be returned back to the school, for you to pick it up and bring it to DFA Ali mall ( For Manila based schools) . WHOA!!!

COE TECO AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENT
FIRST, I asked for COE in our HR.
Don't skip RTC verification.
I was able to complete and submit my papers on September sa agency.
.
After I submit these documents, sabi nila, ipapadala nila ito sa employer dito sa Taiwan. Need kasi ito ipasa sa CLA ( Council of Labor Affairs ) for job order ( parang ganon ). Tapos sa MECO...
October came and they called me that I have to sign a contract . I was so happy! May progress!

Until January 2015 came! Finally, thru text for medical exam in St. Martin Polyclinic in Taft Manila..so, I was nervous!!! Pede mawala lahat kapag hindi nakapasa so I was on diet and exercise hahaha!
So sa lahat ng exam ang pinaka nakitaan ako ay UTI...so I had to consult a doctor for meds and after that, I repeat the urinalysis... My PUS at that time was 6 and 0~3 ang passing...at that time, the staff told me she will consult the doctor...I returned after a week for the result.
I got the FIT TO WORK remarks!!! Thank God!

I recommend that you read TECO MANILA website Visa requirements for White Collar...Dapat masunod mo yun and ng agency to be sure.

After that, the agency told us we are for VISA application so excited but it was so tiring...
Before Chinese new year, we applied for White collar visa application. Aside from fingerprinting, may interview with consulate...We have to return after Chinese new year kasi hindi na kami naentertain dahil magcchinese new year na.

The interview was simple. Where are you working?, What was your position?, where is your workplace?, how many years have you been working?..simple questions lang naman and mabilis..about 1 minute. If you have less than 2 years working experience and past TESDA scholar, there are chances that you will fail.  So make sure you have more than 2 years experience and finished 5 years TESDA bond??? I think you need a certificate that you had finished the bond...It's another story..hahaha..never akong naging scholar! lol!

At last, granted na ng visa and flight ticket...I received it on March 3, 2015 and flew here March 4...It was a long process...but somehow worth it!

Next Post, iuupload ko pics ng TECO authenticate documents and other docs.

Salamat sa pagbabasa! Pasensya po sa grammar! I just want to share my thoughts and experience.
